| Lawrence: Bass; Resident Alcoholic
Islaw, as he is fondly called by his friends, is considered as the “most seasoned” musician in the current SDM Lineup. He considers the Bass guitar as his primary instrument but is also well versed in guitar and drums He also does session work for other bands either as Bass player, Vocalist or Lead guitar player. Islaw went to UP Los Banos and is one of the founding members of the U.P. Jammers’ Club. Although he has an eclectic taste for music, he points out old-school metal and classic rock as a major influence (He adores The Doors and Black Sabbath). He also fronts for a side project band called The Gloom, a Doors Tribute Band, along with members of Brown Man Revival, 7Ft Junior and Reggae Mistress. |
